![]() ![]() Afterwards, I restart the computer, enter in Windows partition and seconds after the appearance of the Windows desktop the Blue Screen appears and quickly my computer restart. With this problem, I instead dowloaded in Apple Support the Boot Camp support for the correspondent iMac (Boot Camp Support Software ), run the setup.exe and in the end of the installation a issue appeared about the Blue Tooth HID driver that was not successfully installed and my Apple Keyboard stop working and was not recognised in the BlueTooth devices (I later managed to solve this problem). However, this time, the CD was not read and was automatically ejected. Then, as I had done in previous installations of Windows 7, put the Apple installation CD in order to have the BootCamp in Windows in order to have the Boot Camp support. Unable to Install Windows 7 via BootCamp Hello,I have a late 2009 21.5 inch iMac.Hardware Overview: Model Name: iMac Model Identifier: iMac10,1 Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo Processor Speed: 3,06 GHz Number of Processors: 1 Total Number of Cores: 2 L2 Cache: 3 MB Memory: 4 GB Bus Speed: 1,07 GHz Boot ROM Version: 00 SMC Version (system): 1.52f9 Serial Number (system): W89442YJB9URecently, I tried to install Windows 7 via BootCamp with a Windows 7 64-bit DVD and it worked without any problem. You can reply to ask additional precisions Try to update the intel thing I didn't update thru windows update tool I still have some experiments to do but it takes a lot of time(reinstalling windows each time) I tried to install apple additional bootcamp software but that again caused crashes. I then installed thru windows updater all updates except the intel one( which I suspected caused the crash) and my computer got better( normal sized icons, brightness adjustable, games were working which weren't before), and still sound not working. I managed to make it work by saying windows to not install any drivers on its own at installation and with bootcamp option install apple latest software disabled, but my sound( and maybe other features I didn't notice) did not work. Then, when I don't install any additional software but go with windows quick install ( no personalized options) it works for a few minutes, gets bright and the icons get small, and BSOD loop I am going trough a process of trial and error and trying to figure out how to make it 100% workingįirst, when I go through the "normal" process, with the bootcamp(6.0) all 3 options checked, I get a BSOD some point in the installation. So I am trying to get windows 8 to work on my iMac mid 2011 with macOS high Sierra.
